New tool in fighting Anti-Social Behaviour

Post by chris_dreads on Fri 09 Apr 2010, 11:02 am

Saw this in the metro yesterday and I about pished myself laughing, cant find a link to it but here's the most I can remember

A teenager from Edinburgh was the first person in the UK to be given a CRASBO, the criminal version of an ASBO. The 16 year old was served with this order due to countless petty crimes committed in the Edinburgh area

This is the best part: he is no longer allowed too; (as if he was allowed too before Laughing)

throws missiles or any other dangerous materials ie stones, bricks
vandalise property
forcefully enter property
joyride

The order even restricts him from entering a branch of McDonalds at Fort Kinnard retail park

A CRASBO, what a waste of money. Just throw him in jail FFS

Here's an article from the Scotsman on it

The jails are full, that's why the Government's been letting criminals out early. There is no credible criminal justice system in the UK.

Ensure that every illiterate person who is sent to prison / YOI can read and write before they're released would be a start.
