I don't think so as I remember reading that there were 3 countries that don't even follow the timezones at all and the government decides what time it is daily, so I doubt they would.

It was on some test packet in english a few years ago and I think one of the countries was Saudi Arabia and the other two were Middle Eastern (I think). I really can't remember for sure sorry haha but yeah I thought it was interesting how the government would just decide what time it was.
