School artwork

If you have any artwork that you did at school or when you were in school post it here for everyone to see It's always cool to remind yourself of your old work and how you've maybe progressed as an artist/ casual artist.

Just some random GCSE work I did 2 years ago:



Jimi Hendrix silkscreen on A2 paper, had to use a scalpel and cut the black out to stick against the white. As you may have guessed, it was a bitch and took forever but I think it came out well in the end.



This was my final GCSE exam piece on A1 paper. The topic was tropical and i managed to do this abstract piece in 10 hours. All the black was done with felt-tip pen on white paper which took about 3 hours alone! The weird background/pattern is actually a butterfly wing close up, didn't have time to finish colouring the white spaces in reds and oranges but managed to get an A* in the end

Cheers and loving your work too. You blended the blues really well together for the waves. How long did those take you to do?
