I'm in it when I had hair down my back and thought I was Bert fucking McCracken, it's shameful.
I'm not technically in it, but I am in the crowd there somewhere.

21st October 2008 - Edinburgh University; I'd missed them when they played barras in 2007 since none of my friends liked them so I had nobody to go
Ended up going to the Edinburgh Uni gig myself & i'm so glad I did

Fucking hell, why didn't I know you back then? I ended up going myself too, two of my mates I was meant to be going with decided they weren't coming whilst I was stood outside Queen St waiting on them.

My first Shikari show was 27th October 2007 at Barras in Glasgow. Had no one to go with me to the night before and when I finally did it sold out. Luckily that extra date was added!

My first was Wolverhampton Civic 29-10-07. I managed to turn up a week early and nearly ended up in an Elliot Minor gig instead! Lucky escape......

Re: Your 1st time.
I believe it was March 3rd 07 at the Wulfrun Hall in Wolverhampton. I have such a vivid memory of talking to Chris afterwards with a mate & these batshit crazy girls ran up to him like "WHAT DRUGS DO YOU TAKE!? YOU GUYS ARE SO CRAZY ON STAGE YOU MUST TAKE DRUGS!?" & he told them he was high on life, they looked so disappointed haha

Don't think they've played Pompey since then. Pyramids is like 5 minutes from my house, them playing there next tour would definitely call for a mass south coast zone forum orgy.
Re: Your 1st time.
I actually just seen them for the first time October 18th at the Annex Wreckroom in Toronto. Gotta say, it was one of the wierdest venues.

They were playing that cover on other dates that tour, first at the 2nd night in a row in manchester. (I forget the name of the venue). Brixton was a great gig though. That was the first tour I went to more than one date.
