Indie gigs + arena venue = cunts

Oasis and Arctic Monkeys have been the same now, full of arseholes. Arctic Monkeys could've been tighter musically aswell, but still a good night.

I've been to quite a few indie gigs, The Maccabees being one, that was amazing, and Vampire Weekend.
Maybe its just cause those bands are so big, wide range of fans? The indie gigs i've been to have been awesome.

I know what you mean, indie gigs I've been to at normal venues are always pretty good, but there's some amount of dicks at these big arena-sized shows who don't really have any respect for the other fans at the gig. Pisses me off a little.

Got a phonecall at 5am from one of my former work mates, she was up town and her mate left her, she was supposed to be paying for a taxi home so my work mate never had any money left for a taxi. She ended up talking to me for like 40 min basically in tears and really upset (along with the fact she was MWI!!!) so she ended up phoning a taxi and when she said she was gonna phone and find out where it was, the line hung up and her phone turned off... it's still off right now and I don't know any other way to get in contact because she doesn't work where I used to work anymore.

I'm really worried.

The gap between sizes is only about a centimetre I think. Shouldn't make much difference.
