Well it's been over a year since I last posted a picture of myself. Since then, I've lost over 80 pounds, and perhaps grew a few inches as well. Despite my extreme displeasure in posting pictures of myself, I'll post the one of Rou and myself from last night's show (despite looking like a goofy sweaty goon). (It was taken with my phone's camera so it is not of the best quality).
