Samsung 32" 4 Series (LE32B450) £320 sounds perfect for you - not full HD but still a great TV - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-LE32B450C4-Widescreen-Ready-Freeview/dp/B001UE8LV0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1254930964&sr=8-1
5 series does have full hi-def and a slightly better spec. in general, so if you can push the budget go for that. If you aren't/don't think you're gonna be watching BD films and general HD content though, go for the cheaper 4 series, because the picture will look pretty much identical on normal digital programmes and on games (normally).
