Inbetweeners vs Skins

So, me and my brother were talking about this.
What do you prefer? Seeing as they are both probably the most popular programmes for folk our age these days.
Well, they were when they were both out.

My brother said Skins but I think The Inbetweeners.
Skins is too annoyingly exaggerated, I doubt many teens have lives like that. I do like Skins though.

I used to like Skins it's just got too over exaggerated now so I say Inbetweeners

The Inbetweeners, hands down.
Skins has only just got good with this latest series, that other couple were terrible.

I'd say the other way about, regarding Skins. First season was brilliant, second was OK, and I only watched half of the third because it bored me.

The Inbetweeners has been excellent in just about every episode of the two seasons so far. So happy that C4 have commissioned a third.

Skins was good series 1, then series 2 got boring and series 3 was just dreadfully exaggerated.

The Inbetweeners is very realistic and funny at being realistic. It has the kids who are too popular to be geeks and too geeky to be popular, the terrible car for the teenager, the boy always lying about how much clunge he gets etc etc etc

I'm going to say the Inbetweeners . Its as Becky said more realistic and I can relate to it almost to well :S

i thought the 3rd series of skins was a load of balls, even though i'll never stop watching it

the inbetweeners is briliant, the language is just so typical teenager

The Inbetweeners because it's funny and doesn't even try to take itself seriously. I used to like Skins but the more I watched it the more I went off it, not because it's not realistic, because it's not meant to be an accurate depiction of teenage life, it's a TV show, but because it just annoyed me. The last few episodes of the third series were fucking shit, I'll watch the fourth series just to see how it is, hopefully the writers have stopped trying so hard to be down wiv da kidz with this one.

I do like and watch them both, but defo the inbetweeners.

Inbetweeners of course! Just too hard to engage with this last season of Skins really, its always been ridiculous but I just wasn't bothered about this one

I love both. I gave the vote to skins, PURELY becauses its duration is longer.

I voted Skins. But it's getting OWNED.

Difficult but Inbetweeners purely because the last series of Skins was a disgrace.

We went into McDonalds in Edinburgh and Jay from the inbetweeners was standing next to us and I told Liam but he misunderstood and started arguing that he wasn't inbetween us and was never in the que, so then he continued to steal his chips thinking they were his, then shook his hand and said sorry and told him he doesn't have a clue who he is. Jay (dunno his real name) seems awfully moody, probabaly due to the fact people kept on taking photos with him and eating his chips.

i didnt bloody know he was on tv
