Blink 182

Well these guys are pretty old. Been around for like 17 years or so. Very good punk rock band. Their earlier stuff was kinda immature but I think their latest album is their best. It's really good. I had it when it came out back oh so long ago but just recently bought it off iTunes and started listening again. And, they're getting back together with a new album out sometime in 2010.

I never really cared for them that much, but credit where credit's due; they do have a few good songs. I miss you and All the small things are pretty good, but in general I find a lot of their tracks end up sounding very similar.

i am interested in listening to their new album when it comes out according to my friend its gonna be a mix of AVA ,+44 and blink so should be interesting.

Your friend sounds like an astute fellow.

For what its worth, I can't wait to hear a new record either.

I've grown up from about the age of 9 listening to these. The first real 'rock' band I got into and I was so upset when they split up when I was 14. I can never have too much Blink. +44 were alright, and I only liked two songs from AVA. I'm so happy they're back together, hopefully they'll be back on top form with decent songs like the good ole days.
Also, I HAVE HAVE HAVE to see them. Really. Ahh.

Word word word. If you mean the untitled one. But I also really like the Greatest Hits one, because it has Man Overboard on it. Their last song, and one of the best imo.

I was. I really like their more "serious" music. I hope their next album is as good!

I love the serious stuff! Not Now is a very serious song, but I love it more than any song on "Cheshire Cat"- tho' I really like Carousel.

They're serious stuff is much much much better than any of their previous toilet-humour stuff, I don't really like their old stuff that much although it did provide roots for their later stuff. Enough rumours from mark on twitter suggest that they're doing some new stuff, but concentrating on rehearsals for their world tour atm.

It was on sale in this store in a mall here. Which must be a mistake, 'cause the shirts are brand new.

i already have my ticket hoping it is them playing ha.

Already confirmed for two festivals in Germany the week before R+L. Meant to be doing Pukkelpop in Belgium and another few festivals aswell.

I'll see them at least once, I'll make sure of it.

that's whats announced so far.

I'm almost certain they'll do Pukkelpop in Belgium.

They've left that gap at end of august beginning of sept for reading/leeds its so obvious.

They'll headline Saturday at Reading.
