Re: Photography

I used this photo for an online photography-competition, subject: "on the road".
Would be lovely if you like my picture and want to vote for it:
http://www.standaard.be/ugc/photospecial/detail.aspx?id=a3098bb5-af94-4296-8b98-fc2ef652b913
Underneath my picture stands: "Stem op deze foto" which means exactly the same as "Vote for this picure".
Thanks in advance

Re: Photography

These aren't very good quality as I only took them on my camcorder but I thought they'd be interesting.

Re: Photography
I've decided I am going to get a DSLR, I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for! Thinking £400 is my limit though. Hopefully getting some of it for my birthday and then will pay the rest myself. Any advice would be appreciated!

Re: Photography
But why? And if I'm comparing a load of cameras, what features would you advice I look for?

Re: Photography
I'm recommening the canon 1000D because I have it.
It's a really good camera to use, and I just prefer the look to them to Nikons. But comparing Nikon's to Canon's is another discussion
I got mine over a year ago now, so there is probably a more up-to-date one, but it was £400 and still an awesome camera

Top one is beaut Sophie! Real old rusic sort of feel.
Again what settings/iso you use?
Took this the other day at 6am down at the marina, real misty morning and my car looked rather nice bathed in the sunlight.

Re: Photography
Thank guyyys
They were taken on an old canon a-1 just using 200 film.
Can't reeeeally remember the settings but I think I used an aperture of around 5.6 then processed at good old snappy snaps and printed on matt paper and scanned on to my computer.
I already commented on Josh's photo on flickr but I will say it again,
I WANT THAT CAR. awesome.
