Yea back before their first album he was a real nice guy, at shows he'd come out really early to meet and greet everyone waiting but now him and the rest of the band don't really do it as much now they're a lot bigger. Used to ask on myspace and they'd be like 'sure thing!' and then remember as well. Haven't seen them for a while but i'm going next week to the brum show so i'll see if he's a changed lad aha.
I think the amount of women screaming his name and tweeting him has gotten to his head tbh. Hope i'm wrong though.

The fuck are you talking about?
He's a way nice person. They always try to greet fans but it's getting pretty impossible these days with the hordes of teenies waiting outside venues for them. You can't expect them to stand outside for hours after a gig signing shit and meeting folk. I met him back in November '08 and he was outside for about 45 minutes just chatting to people.

I would offer to do so boss but I'm scanner-less. I can tell you this though: It's pretty fucking boring. This is Kerrang! after all, the "journalists" have about 2 brain cells between them.

not to mention they gave Common Dreads an average review. if the shikari boys had an advert on the magazine at the time it'd have got more than 5 out of 10, they're more corrupt than fifa!

bahaha i think that's more funny than anything else, why is the writer so angry?!
"Out of time drumming and angsty “Fuck off, Mum, I’m not tidying my room EVER AGAINNNN YOUUUU BIITTTCCCHHHHHHHHH” vocals mixed with a Fisher Price synth midrange dubstep bassline and crusty dubstep granny dance moves? These guys make Brokencyde look like the Beatles."
That is my friends go to insult whenever I bring up Shikari

I'm all for people having their own opinion and stuff but the ignorance in this article (if you can call it that) just astounds me.

They also said that Jonny Sniper was an awful single, admittedly it's not one of my favourites out of all the singles but it's still good
Re: Enter Shikari in Magazines - Rocksound/kerrang/front
"The worst single ever made by anybody ever", the full quote was.
In fairness, Jonny Sniper's pretty shite. The re-worked version they were playing in February is decent though.

The Kerrang awards are so stupid..most of the time a band can feature in both the most popular and most hated bands catagory.
Both the hero and villain of the year awards are always debateable too.
