One of them told me they weren't bothered by the banter, so that's good. It's just a bizarre thing I think but it gave me about 30 minutes entertainment on this boring Monday evening anyway!

Oh don't get me wrong, thirteen year olds fangirling and tweeting ridiculous shite is hilarious. It does make it funnier that the ones in question seem quite happy to casually throw racist and homophobic terms around and are frankly annoying.

On the other hand, she is only thirteen, and probably had no clue that saying what she did would cause such a reaction. Although we were all just being silly, she is clearly feeling a bit victimised by it now, and it's probably best to let it be.

I hear us Kiwi's that live in the UK had a big Pub Crawl in London to celebrate 'Waitangi Day' (Pretty much a day off here in NZ.), and it supposedly put us NZ'ers to 'shame'. got all over the front pages of Papers here. Meh. My lol of the day. Good on em really. You guys would have done that here if England won the Rugby World Cup.
