Got a letter from one of the unis I applied to saying I have an interview and have to write 400 words on my favourite film, focusing on race/gender/sexuality etc...
1. I hate interviews, certain I'll muck it up.
2. I don't have a favourite film.
Quite annoyed/sad.

what are you looking to study just out of interest?
also just pick a film you can write loads about, doesn't have to be a favourite. i did that in my uni interviews when they asked about the last book i read. told them it was perks of being a wallflower, when really i read it about 3 years ago now, i've just read it loads and can talk about it.

The course I chose for that uni is Media, Culture and Production. I think I might choose American Beauty or something, obviously I can't write about the Harry Potter films as it's kind of irrelevant/childish haha. Work is so dead at the moment. There's too many staff for too few shifts, and I basically have nothing to do at the moment. I feel like such a bum, but it's not my fault! It's lucky I'm not too tight on pennies right now.
