The music system at my work crashed 3 days ago and no one can fix it. I had to listen to the same song on repeat for my entire 8 hour shift.

Mine was some person from Russia.
I got the money back from my bank they used to buy ms points and Microsoft refunded me a years gold membership but my accounts gone forever. They emailed me this week saying they were hoping to have it resolved in 3 weeks but they've been saying that for months. Even if they did sort it I've set myself up a new gamertag cause I got fed up with waiting.
