Just a quick question, is anyone driving from Edinburgh to Hull? Trains pretty cheap for me to get to Edinburgh so i'm seriously considering this show now.

However, I haven't decided yet if I'm staying in Edinburgh overnight after the gig and driving down to Hull the next day, or going home after the gig and then driving or training down to Hull the next evening.

As oer loads of folk up for Scotland! i'll warn you now Edinburghs no where near as nuts as Glasgow for a night out, but I guess we will make a night of it ourselves.
The only alt/roock/metal club I can think of is Studio 24.

Has anyone got a Tlodge sorted for edinburgh?

Opium, Sneaky Pete's, Studio 24 and sometimes Hive have rock/metal (in the case of Opium it's predominately metal). If it's dnb/dubstep etc everyone's fancying then Bongo Club or Cab Vol are good shouts, and all in the same area (cowgate/grassmarket) so we can see what everyone fancies on the night.
Agreed Kev, Edinburgh's terrible for nights out. I'm sure with enough alcohol we'll all cope though!

Has anyone booked any Tlodge rooms etc for this?

*Edit* Forgot Banshee's Labyrinth, next to Hive, pretty new and cheap. Mainly rock/metal music, many rooms, pole dancing room and a cinema.

M'off to Hull, might see some of you around that night, wanted to go to hammersmith but they sold out

Shikari seriously need to open up with "Enter Shikari" again, that song was hilarious to smash out to!

Rubbish, i've just found out my school holidays and this tour isn't in it! Can't they just plan their tours around school holidays, then I would get time off!

Contemplating also getting tickets to Edinburgh, Manchester and Wolves, already have Hull. If people are going to organise places to stay for each? And is there someone driving to any of them? As otherwise going to cost me £65 in travel before tickets.

Pretty sure accomidation is going to be sorted. Imma prolly end up doing a few. Edinburger to Hull is a maybe with someone driving. Not sure with Hull to Manc though.

An advanced single Hull to Manchester with a 16-25 railcard is only £7.25 anyway

Thinking of doing Edinburgh, Hull, Manchester. Probably gonna drive them so if anyone needs any lifts or anything just ask. Google said the estimated fuel cost is around £131 for the whole trip (from Hull to Edinburgh, back to Hull, then from Hull to Manchester and back to Hull again). So the more people come, the cheaper it'll be!
