I've got a question. Not particularly into the collecting of CD's/promo's etc side of the band - but I got my hands on a 4 track today - its a blank CD with permanent marker 'Enter Shikari - Sorry You're Not A Winner - written on it. It was given to me by a friend of a friend, who said he picked it up years ago at one of their Scottish shows (I think he said it was the Flood of Red tour possibly?)

Anyway, the 4 tracks are SYNAW (demo version), Empty, The Bearer Of Bad News & When A Jealous Man Finds A Gun.

Just wondering if this CD is legit? The friend in question doesn't really have any reason to lie and isnt the type of chap I'd imagine would, plus he's never liked the band and had no idea whats on the CD.

Figured this would be the best topic to dump this in. Cheers.

Sounds like a copy of an original EP to me if it just has Enter Shikari - Sorry You're Not A Winner written on it in pen.

You never know though tbf, it might even be one of the first ever ones made before they printed covers etc....

i wouldn't know to be fair. maybe it couldnt be copies they burnt to give out / sell at shows when the proper run of EPs had run out.
