Kevin Bridges, Slam Dunk Festival x2, Evolution Festival, Rage Against The Machine, Rockness Festival, City And Colour x2, Rewired Festival, The Gaslight Anthem, Converge, Circa Survive, ES at Underworld, The Xcerts, Hevy Festival, blink-182, ES in Preston, Leeds Festival, and everything that all those events brought.

Best three month period ever.

Getting to know all you wonderful people.

My Dad getting over cancer is without a doubt the best thing to ever happen, definitely the highlight of my year.

That's pretty morbid though. There are far too many other things to choose from. Slam Dunk, Reading, mine and Andy's drive to Glasgow, all the bromance with Frat and Malks (and those Scotland trips in general - taking a toxic dump in Malky's bros bog and getting a bollocking for it, getting thrown out Blue Lagoon 'cause they suspected I was a protestant etc.)
So glad I've got on to all the courses I love at college too. Meeting one of the best people I've ever met at said college. Seeing my nephew learn to talk has been wicked. FAR TOO MANY THINGS.

Reading, namely going to the silent disco with a bunch of my brothers mates I hardly knew, with 3 cans of strongbow rammed in my smalls.

I'd say the summer, loadsa good memories
Got into a fight with some skinheads in the countdown for 2010 which was pretty hilarious.
in terms of gigs, Shikari at Underworld and King Blues at Shepherds Bush stood out amongst the crowd.
Next years shaping up to be quite good aswell though!

I just thought, another one has to be being in the casino with my brother in Brighton, seeing some girl with a glass of milk and being completely amazed. We asked her where she got it and she told us milk was free at the bar. I then watched as my brother walked up to the bar, asked for a glass of milk, got it the asked how much it was, when the guy said it was free he just fist pumped the air and shouted "SCORE!" I don't think I've ever laughed so much in my life.

ES dates in February, Slam Dunk, holiday to Salou, that night at the Catty with Babs, Malky, Marty and Burgess cos that was the most steamin I've been in a while. The summer in general, Euans empty, my empty and Scotts empty, my 18th, getting together with Scott, meeting amazing people at uni. T in the Park as well. There's a lot this year.
Oh and meeting more folk off the forum and stuff

Farting only to find it was a lot more than that. Managing to swing my leg out of the shower and in one movement end up on the toilet without spilling anything anywhere. I felt like a dirty ninja.

Camden. Had some toothless sket say I was sexy because I got my specs in Specsavers, got smashed and high as fuck and had fucking FUN.

Same with me - getting with Tom was the highlight of my year.
2nd place goes to Preston where I got obscenely wrecked and just had such an epic time.

The fact I haven't attended a single ES show this year is depressing. Other than that, the highlight of my year was playing a show in front of packed out rock city basement.

I need a new band.

Same! Lots of frustrating missed opportunities.

For me it hasn't been too great but I've a lot to be thankful for and this isn't a complainy thread. There's the amazing John Mayer concert I attended (on my own but what the hell) and a few other gigs, my end of year prom (which was surprisingly awesome), having my GCSE results which I was mega proud of, making shitloads of new friends from various places, getting old friends back...
I know it sounds silly and generic but next year will be so much better, I have lots planned and I look forward to it.

and you whiteyed in my toilet but failed to mention it to me in the morning. need another catty night btw, you would have enjoyed the one we had after man overboard. imma try and rally some people for one in the new year.

my highlight of this year most relavant to this forum was fratson falling off that chair the night before slam dunk. aside from that, probably getting my horse to finally behave is the biggest achievement i have from the past 12 months.
the way i feel right now is pretty major too, even though it's practically 2011 - for the first time in ages, my shitty little head feels clear. there's a lot of things in my life that have went wrong or i've been doing wrong, and i actually feel as if i might be able to change that for once.

Preston. There's loads of things I did like about this year actually but Preston was mental.

Spent loads of time with statues, eilidh and joe. Scavved some of malkys donor meat and rou's chips and had a pretty mint time all round.
