Just tried to preview this on iTunes, i think there must be a problem with the track (maybe so many other people are doing the same), it doesn't seem to play.

Re: Cage Against the Machine
It's really cool. I really enjoyed watching the making of video.
You can see the artistic nature behind it meant a lot to some of the artists there..

Pete knows. Of course the song itself is a bit silly, but the cause definitely isn't. It's an admirable attempt to raise some cash for some wicked, deserving people (and, hopefully, prevent another shitty X Factor song topping the charts)

This might be a pretty trivial question, but what in god's name is X-factor anyway? I've heard nothing but crappy things about it.

Terrible TV show akin to American Idol. Bunch of cunts who don't even deserve to sing nursery rhymes directly in to my bumhole, nevermind being awarded a £million record deal.

all of the music that comes out post-factor is just a destroyed version of an original song, fair play to that one geezer singing silverstein in american idol

It doesn't surprise me in the slightest that Shikari are involved in this. I think whole silent track thing is so stupid though, yeah I understand the message but it's still stupid.
