Sonisphere 2011

Post by warnerbro on Fri 03 Dec 2010, 2:46 pm

Slipknot announced as the first band playing and headlining it. Pretty interesting indeed! Didn't see that one coming at all. I'll hopefully make it there for the day they're on at least.

Just posted this in the DL thingy.

If you buy a Soni weekend ticket, you can get either a day ticket for both Soni Czech Rep and somewhere else, the days follow each other, or a weekend ticket for Nova Rock in Austria where SOAD are playing. Mega value.

Hi everybody I have a thread on here, but someone said I should post it on here.

Just to let you all know

I went last year and it was sooo good. For anybody that hasn't been, I thoroughly recommend it, the atmosphere and people are just amazing.

Anywho, I've been appointed a Sonisphere Ambassador for my area, but I'm totally cool to answer any questions you may have, and to tell you about buying tickets.

I've been chosen by Sonisphere to help everyone know about this wondrous festival.

Sonisphere is a massive rock festival, and its one of the most diverse ones I've been to.

If you are thinking about buying tickets then I urge you to read this...

As an ambassador I have a UNIQUE code to give you all; for when you buy a ticket online at http://uk.sonispherefestivals.com/buy-tickets/

AND ONLY ON THAT LINK!

By entering this code, you all have the chance to win the following:

*THE ULTIMATE SONISPHERE PACKAGE (including)

-Rock Royalty Ticket upgrade (pretty much the posh way to do a festival) Check notes for full description)
-Guest Bar passes
-Backstage tours
-TONS of Sonisphere goodies
PLUS 2x Poland tickets (including flights)

SO INPUT THIS CODE AFTER YOU CLICK ON 'BUY TICKETS'
READ THE BLUE WRITING AT THE TOP AND CLICK THE LINK, YOU CAN'T MISS IT!

INPUT THE CODE and it will log the code in. Then proceed normally to buy WHICHEVER ticket you want.

THE CODE IS: SF66NE

Please tell all your mates, its free!

Remember only this link:

I was well up for getting a day ticket for the Sunday, until I realised its the same weekend as TITP, which I am going to Sad. Was well up for seeing slipknot, their show at London arena was my first gig nearly 8 years ago.

Sold my tickets to TITP, lost a silly amount of money on them and have bought my ticket to Sonisphere now. Looks like me and a mate are meeting up with Kev and whoever else is going with him. Who off here is actually going then?

The lineup is nothing short of amazing. Just seen Steve-O is doing a standup set which should be, interesting.
