Upcoming Talent
Anyone know of any upcoming talent or even just friends that are talented enough to one day make it big?
Wick: I absolutely love this guys music, his youtube channel has just under 4k subsribers at the moment! I recommend listening to "Can You Hear The Silhouette" first, its his newest and in my opinion his best song. http://www.youtube.com/user/wickjamesgtar
Meghan Hill: Real life friend, she writes songs in her spare time, she has been playing guitar for 6 years and in my opinion has an amazingly beautiful voice
this is the one on youtube atm

He opened at A Loss For Words in Leeds, all the bands loved him, especially Matt from AL4W, really took to him big time.
He's solo acoustic, cross of Chuck Ragan, Frank Turner and Brian Fallon.
Real nice songs.
Hopefully gonna be recording his next material too.

You should check her out 'cos she's just SO unique.

i thought they went on a massive hiatus while member's did their own seperate projects, like opening their own night clubs and restaurant chains.

Well everyone except that guitarist/synth guy had gone back to doing menial shit like making toasties for their nan all day, and spraying political messages across bridges at night time. Meanwhile he's been busy working with Tiesto and Flava Flav, and his debut solo release 'Drop It Like It's Horan' is due out sometime this Winter. I've heard he went on a world cruise and spent quite literally weeks sniffing coke and caviar off of Eastern European prostitutes bums too, although it could just be a rumour.
BUT they're back now, Argos guitars in-hand and ready to melt some faces again. Catch 'em when you can folks, Steve Fratson saw them and told me they were 'pretty decent', which in Steve's dictionary means they're literally the best thing since sliced bread.

if anyone want's their album, ask me for a link.
they're still small and new, somehow randomly discovered them when they had 30 plays for their demo or something.
these songs are done up now and off the album.
really nice pop punk, is the way to put it. it's riffy, catchy, upbeat etc.
but yeah, check check!
edit: here's the link for their album, they gave it to me, so doubt they'd give a shit: [http://www.mediafire.com/?s8bdbjw7ibvqi62]

Ex-From First To Last singer Sonny Moore's solo dubstep/electronica project is really good. Goes under the name Skrillex and has just been signed to deadmau5's label. His first EP is a free download- http://www.mediafire.com/?65p27y624i8o4ab
Doesn't stand up to the big boys down here but for a yank he has some belting tunes.

Band called Wayward who sent me a friend request back in the day where everyone used MySpace religiously haha. I liked their stuff back then but I didn't appreciate as much as I did now when I just found their stuff again on my iTunes.
Nice slice of Pop-Punk with a dash of alternative, some proper catchy tunes

Re: Upcoming Talent
Descension are my best mates band. They're from near Glasgow. They're pretty heavy and they're ace live.
They just put a new song out, The Creator, and they have a single and an EP up as a free download.
Check 'em out!
