Super Rat Infestation?

Don't know if anyone's seen this - not exactly huge news but it's rather minging.
Rats are getting pretty big (eating all our shitty processed food waste which only makes them eat more, more babies, vicious cycle).

Read this in The Sun on the way back from Birmingham, some rat society seem to think it may be another kind of animal, which often gets mistaken for a "super rat".
Still, it's fucking huge, and bricks would be shat if it was in my kitchen that's for sure!

I think I'd probably cry a little if I saw one of them in my house.
