Yeah man, they're pretty good. The synth transition at the end of Forfeiture reminds me of Stick Stickly too, make of that what you will...

I kinda semi-seriously checked prices for Perth. My aunt and uncle stay there, if it was feasible I'd have used it as an excuse to go see them.

Hahaha. Try Thai airways theyr not bad for prices mate, and the flight to Oz isnt as bad as you think (even though I ended up in hospital with suspected DVT on the way home)
When I was in Oz, I went home literally 2 weeks before they played there last time.
EDIT:
Done a bit of digging for you. Thai (and most other airlines) prices have gone through the roof. When i went, it was £650 return and I could fly home whenever I wanted. Most search engines are asking for 950+.
I know of an airline Royal Brunei who go via Malaysia and I had a look at their site, from london to Perth (So you need to get to heathrow) its £716, so thats £240 cheaper than any of the others. The downside to them is you cant buy or drink alcohol on their plane (whereas with Thai, I got as much free wine, beer, cognac and whisky as I could manage).

secured my ticket to the adelaide show last friday.
looking forward too it, not sure about the venue though, it's quite small, not really worthy of ES, but it will make for a very intimate show

Don't complain about a small venue. They bring out the best in Shikari!
