RED DEAD REDEMPTION

Anyone played this its R* latest game basically GTA cowboy style.

Apparently this is pretty awesome.

Nuff said.

I got it about a week ago and it is very good. It's what you would expect from Rockstar really. Eccentric characters, beautiful environments, and awesome gameplay.

It's sweet actually, they've done something good with the free roam which I always thought GTA was missing.
We should round up a zone posse and let the battle commence.

I would but my xbox is being a freezing bitch so it might be problematic.

I would say yes, but there's a good chance my xbox will freeze. Next time I'm on I'll send you an invite though. (Y)

I got an APC Battery Backup which I am hoping will eliminate the freezing my xbox is experiencing. I've noticed that occasionally the lights in my room will get really dim for a moment and apparently if there is a power fluxuation problem while the xbox is on, it might freeze due to lack of power. So hopefully this will fix it, and if not, I will have to call Microsoft's wonderful customer support and get yet another xbox. So anyways point being, I think we should do the posse idea sometime soon.

If I buy this, and there is no gunslinger dog, I will be pissed.

I love this game.

Its failures come from it's realism, specifically the inability to lasso a bird out of the sky or survive getting major air on a horse.
